Our staff of experienced writers are here to bring you, our readers, the latest articles for you to enjoy. Thank you for visiting.

Our congratulations to In Gee Chun for her win at the 70th Women's U.S. Open at the Lancaster Country Club, the 115 year old 'Golden Age' William Flynn designed masterpiece in Amish country, Pennsylvania. Jordan Spieth won the John Deere Classic in a playoff with Tom Gillis, and Rickie Fowler won the Scottish Open going into St. Andrews for the 144th Open.

How about the Open finish. Zach Johnson, who works with Mike Bender at Magnolia Plantation in Lake Mary, Florida, won in a 3 man playoff over 4 holes on Monday at the Home of Golf. Scott Piercy won the Barabasol Championship on the Robert Trent Jones Trail in Alabama and Chella Choi won the Marathon In Ohio.

Danny Willett, the Englishman who gave it a go at the Open, won the European Masters at Crans Sur-Sierre, Switzerland. Another St. Andrews contender, Jason Day won the Canadian Open while
Lexi Thompson held on in Michigan to win the Meijer LPGA Classic. Back across the pond Marco Dawson, a Florida Southern grad, won the Senior British Open, his second Champions Tour win.

If it is August that means the last of the Majors, The PGA Championship, will return to Whistling Straits in Wisconsin, where Dustin Johnson was penalized, and Martin Kaymer went on to win. This should be as exciting as the Open in July with Bubba Watson and DJ being able to overpower the field while Zach Johnson and Jordan Speith play smart controlled games. Let's see who comes out victorious. Let's not forget Rory might be healed by then and stir up the mix.

I don't know about your favorite courses, but mine are looking as lush as any Tour venue right now, and the prices are ripe for the picking. There are just two things In August you just can't beat. The Heat and our Special Offers for golf. Check 'em out!

It is our commitment to keep our readers aware of all the latest golf news and products. Let us know what you think.
